Shipping and Delivery Policy

Meubles Jacob offers pickup and local delivery services. You may request pickup or choose a local delivery service at checkout.

NOTE: Once you place your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery day. If you have any questions beforehand, please call us.

We will contact you to set a delivery date and time a few days before your order is ready to be shipped if the product was not in stock at the time of purchase. Our courteous and reliable staff have years of experience and will arrange a careful and prompt delivery while minimizing any inconvenience.

We offer free local delivery with any purchase of $1,000 or more within a 200 km radius of our store. If the invoice total is less than $1,000, local delivery is available at a rate of $39.95 plus applicable taxes within a 200 km radius of our store.

Deliveries outside this area are available for an additional fee. Please call your nearest showroom for details.
